Touchpoint: Throughout the duration of our assignment, we frequently update you on how the search is going to address any of your concerns/questions.
Presentation: When we refer you to our client, we provide them with a written presentation demonstrating why you’re a fit for the position - including specific examples from your resume.
Negotiation: Once you’ve committed to the opportunity, we help you negotiate a compensation package with our client. Our responsibility as middleman in the candidate/client relationship is to make sure the negotiation stage goes smoothly and a mutual agreement is reached.
Onboarding: We prepare you for resignation from your current employer, and ensure a seamless transition while joining a new organization.
