Our team is led by Anthony Maestas, who has over fifteen years of experience in executive management. He prides himself in his success in connecting diligent professionals to exceptional organizations. His prior role as Director of Sales at Enterprise Rent-A-Car®, has provided him insight into finding great people who can positively impact a business. In this role, he built award-winning teams and provided strategic leadership for operations, profitability, training development, recruiting, and inventory management.
Anthony Maestas founded AGI Search Consultants in 2007, and has since maintained an active role in Business Development, Recruiting, and Leadership as Managing Director of the company.
Since founding the company, he has established an extensive network of clientele, many of which started out as passive candidates seeking new opportunities. He has maintained close relationships with many of his candidates and followed their progress throughout their careers, and even assists with their hiring needs when needed.
