Our Process
Assessment: We schedule an introductory meeting with your organization to assess your hiring needs.
Talent Search: Once we’ve identified the type of talent you need, we conduct outgoing sales calls, messages, and emails to candidates in our network.
Marketing: While keeping the position confidential, we share a generic job description to our social media to generate interest for the role.
Touchpoint: Throughout the duration of our assignment, we frequently update you on how the search is going to address any of your concerns.
Presentation: When we deliver candidates to you, we provide you with a written presentation demonstrating why they’re a fit for the position - including specific examples from their resume.
Negotiation: Once you’ve selected the right candidate, we help you negotiate a compensation package between your organization and our candidate. Our responsibility as middleman in the client/candidate relationship is to make sure the negotiation stage goes smoothly and a mutual agreement is reached.
Onboarding: We prepare our candidates for resignation from their current employer, and make sure they have a seamless transition while joining your organization.
